I second that..
I don't know who is raising these aimless baboons,but somewhere along the line they lost the plot.
There must be some desire to lead a better life then one in jail lifting your shirt for Gerome your jail husband.  ...lol
No aspiration, no ambition to follow, but one of violence and destruction? caudhubillahi mina sheydaani rajiim.
As for the parents they should make them pay fines every time their imbecile children cause havoc in the neighborhoods. Make them take responsibility for their offspring, as they are to be blamed. Along the line,they failed to instill within their children ,not only the fear of God but lack of responsibility to society and to themselves.
There is no excuses to behave like a wild animal!
